Our community is professionally managed by Crest Management Company, AAMC. Crest oversees the daily operations of the community and works at the direction of the Board of Directors. Our dedicated Management Team is made up of:

Service Requests
Any issue that would traditionally require a phone call can also be managed online. Service requests are automatically placed on the appropriate team member’s task list, and you are notified when the item has been addressed. This includes accounting questions, changes of address, reporting deed restriction violations, reporting maintenance needs at community amenities, etc. Click hereto submit a Service Request. Exterior Modification Requests

Paying Your Assessment
There are three ways to pay your assessments.
1. Deliver a check or money order payable to River Plantation Community Improvement Association. The Crest Management office is located at 17171 Park Row, Suite 310, Houston, 77084. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
2. Mail a check or money order payable to River Plantation Community Improvement Association to the address below. Please be sure to include your account number on your payment.

3. Online with a credit card or eCheck. There is a processing fee of 2.95% of the amount charged for credit cards, and $1.95 per payment for eChecks. You are not required to be registered on the Crest Management website to complete your online payment, but it does simplify the process. If you are not registered, you will need the following information to complete your online payment:
a. Management ID: 3130
b. Association ID: RPCI
c. Account number found on your statement.
