Dear Stakeholder,
Thank you for your ongoing interest and participation in the I-45N: Beltway 8 North to Loop 336 South (Conroe) Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study in Harris and Montgomery Counties, Texas (CSJ 0912-00-536). We are inviting you to save the date for a virtual stakeholder meeting on Friday, May 12, 2023 from 10 to 11 a.m.
During the last stakeholder meeting on Nov. 7, 2022, we discussed the study’s reasonable alternatives and evaluation process. During the upcoming stakeholder meeting, we will summarize what we heard from the community during the public meeting series held in January 2023, as well as review the reasonable alternatives screening results and next steps to identify the recommended alternatives. Another stakeholder meeting will be held in the fall of 2023 to discuss the recommended alternatives and obtain feedback prior to holding the final public meeting for the I‑45N PEL study.
We will be in touch with you closer to the time of the stakeholder meeting with a detailed meeting invitation in Microsoft Outlook.
