River Plantation is a secluded golf course community North of Houston, TX on Interstate 45 just South of Conroe along the San Jacinto River. Developed in the late 1960’s, RP is home to approximately 1,450 residents. The neighborhood has lush landscape throughout, unique homes in addition to a community sports park with large pool, basketball, tennis courts and the River Plantation Golf Course. Take time to visit and consider our community a wonderful place to call “home.”
